Shipping personalized items

Orders including a personalized item will be shipped within 14 days. You will receive a track & trace once your order is shipped. Names and color of embroidery cannot be changed afterwards and a personalized item cannot be returned.

Shipping non personalized items

Orders will be shipped within 72 hours when in stock. You will receive a track & trace once your order is shipped.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on all orders above €75,- in The Netherlands. For orders under €75,- regular shipping costs apply.

Placing an order outside The Netherlands? Then the shipping costs will be calculated at check out.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days.

Please click here to register your return. To be eligible for refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The easiest way is to use the original packaging of the store.

Refunds
 (if applicable) Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days after we receive the item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Bags with clear signs of use
  • Any item that is not in it's original condition or is missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Names and color of embroidery cannot be changed afterwards and a personalized item cannot be returned.

The shipping costs from the customer to Studio Noos are to be paid by the customer. Incurred shipping costs are not reimbursed.
